TickerGainer now supports a dedicated Halal Portfolio Mode for Muslim investors and anyone seeking ethically screened trades. When enabled in Settings, the platform automatically excludes stocks from non-compliant sectors — including conventional banking & finance (interest-bearing), alcohol, tobacco, gambling, adult entertainment, weapons manufacturing, and pork-related industries. The filter applies across both the Today's Qualified ticker pipeline and the Flash Surge discovery engine, so every alert and auto-trade respects your ethical criteria. Enable it under Settings → Auto Trading → Halal Portfolio Mode.

IPO Auto-Buy settings now configurable on all screen sizes NEW
The full IPO Auto-Buy engine is now configurable directly from the Settings page — including target gain %, stop-loss %, capital allocation per IPO, max concurrent trades, minimum deal size, broker selection, and SPAC exclusion. Works on desktop and mobile. Enable IPO Auto-Buy to have the bot automatically enter positions on stocks priced on their IPO date.

A new Potential Leads tab in the Admin Status panel captures every personal email collected from demo account holders during their first-login setup. Admins can send a personalised registration invite email to each lead with a single click, seamlessly converting interested demo users into full registered customers.

Demo & investor accounts with personal email routing NEW
TickerGainer now supports demo and investor accounts where the login email is purely a username, not a real inbox. On first login, demo users are prompted to enter their personal email for notifications. All stock alerts, qualified ticker updates, and daily digests are routed exclusively to their personal email — keeping the demo credential purely as a login identifier.

Stripe & PayPal payment integration ready for activation NEW
The full payment system is now implemented and production-ready. Stripe subscription checkout (Starter $19 / Pro $49 / Elite $99/month) with 3DS support, a Stripe webhook endpoint that auto-activates plans on confirmed payment, and PayPal-powered 1% service fee collection for profitable trades — all wired end to end.

Full mobile responsiveness across all pages NEW
Every page in the platform — dashboard, billing, upgrade, orders, positions, activities, admin status, community, terms, privacy, and invite — has been audited and updated for mobile devices down to 375px. Tab bars now scroll horizontally, low-priority table columns hide on small screens, and all forms stack properly.

Admin dashboard — Email Activity, Announcements & Recent Activity tabs
The admin status panel now has four dedicated tabs: User Overview (searchable/sortable user table), Email Activity (per-user verification and qualification mail history with Send / Resend / Force Verify actions), Announcements (broadcast send form), and Recent Activity (live buy/sell/fill log with colour-coded badges). Unverified users are automatically sent a reminder email every 24 h.

ML spike model — fast-path training & F1 jump from 0.316 to 0.963
The News Spike ML model previously had zero labeled examples because the 7-day outcome window hadn't expired for any row. A new fast-path labelling step now labels any row that is ≥1 hour old and already has a price_5d_pct_change reading. On the first run: 1,694 of 2,171 examples labelled, model retrained, validation F1 rose from 0.316 to 0.963 and accuracy from 85% to 98%.

Sector filter & sector-sentiment auto-buy gate
Algorithm preferences now include a sector allow-list filter so users can restrict qualified tickers to specific industries (Technology, Healthcare, Energy, etc.). A sector-sentiment auto-buy gate was also added — when enabled, the auto-buy engine checks that the average sector sentiment is positive before placing any order, reducing exposure to industry-wide downturns.

Smart dashboard refresh — tab-click fresh load & auto-buy event polling
The dashboard now loads fresh server data every time you switch tabs (cache-busted), eliminating stale results after auto-trading activity. A new background event poller fires every 30 seconds, showing a toast notification when the algorithm places an auto-buy in the background and only triggering a page reload when the discovery data actually changes.

Intraday surge monitor — catch same-day breakouts in real time
A new IntradaySurgeMonitor thread polls every 60 seconds during market hours and stamps an intraday_surge_pct on every qualifying ticker. Any stock that surges ≥20% intraday automatically bypasses the already_ran gate and re-enters the qualification pipeline as a fresh catalyst event — ensuring large same-day moves are never missed.

Our qualification pipeline now includes a local LLaMA 3.1-powered sentiment analysis gate. All discovery candidates must achieve a minimum sentiment threshold before being routed to traders, significantly reducing false positives.
